In short: fees paid to Mudarisa LLP are not refundable. Try a free demo class before you pay, and stop any time before your next monthly payment.
1. No refunds
All fees paid for SheTutor, Mudarisa and Mentora programmes are non-refundable, including when a learner stops part-way through a month or does not attend classes.
2. Try before you pay
Every new learner can take a free demo class before paying, so you can meet the mentor and decide whether the programme suits you.
3. Cancelling
- You can stop classes at any time. Please tell us on WhatsApp (+91 97784 55988) or email (info@mudarisa.com) before your next monthly payment is due.
- The classes for the month you have already paid for remain available until the end of that month.
- There is no cancellation fee.
4. Classes missed by us
If a class is missed or cancelled by the mentor or by Mudarisa, we will reschedule it. This is how we make up for classes we could not hold, instead of a refund.
5. Duplicate or wrong payments
If you pay twice by mistake or pay an amount that does not match your package, contact us with the payment details. We will adjust it against your next month’s fee or return the extra amount.
