These terms apply when you book a demo, enrol in, or attend classes run by MUDARISA LLP under the SheTutor, Mudarisa and Mentora names. By enrolling, you (the learner, or the parent or guardian of a child learner) agree to these terms.
1. Our classes
- Classes are live, online and one-to-one with a mentor assigned by us.
- The programme, number of classes per week and monthly fee are agreed when you enrol, based on our published packages.
- We may change the assigned mentor when needed, for example if a mentor is unavailable or if you ask for a change.
2. Free demo class
Every new learner can attend one free demo class before paying, so you can decide whether the programme suits you.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are monthly and are paid in advance, before the month’s classes begin.
- Fees are listed in Indian rupees on our website and may be updated from time to time. A fee change will not affect a month you have already paid for.
- If a fee is not paid on time, classes may be paused until payment is received.
- Fees are not refundable. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Class times and missed classes
- Class times are agreed with you and scheduled in your local time zone.
- If the mentor misses or cancels a class, we will reschedule it.
- If the learner needs to miss a class, please tell us as early as possible. Rescheduling a class missed by the learner depends on the mentor’s availability and is not guaranteed.
5. Conduct
- Learners, parents and mentors are expected to be respectful and punctual.
- For child learners, a parent or guardian should be available nearby during classes.
- Class materials we share are for the learner’s personal use only and may not be copied or shared publicly.
- We may end enrolment if a learner or parent behaves abusively or breaks these terms.
6. Technology
You are responsible for a working device and internet connection. Classes lost because of a problem on the learner’s side are not rescheduled automatically.
7. Our responsibility
We work hard to provide good teaching, but we cannot guarantee particular exam results or outcomes. Our total responsibility for any claim relating to classes is limited to the fees paid for the month in question.
8. Stopping classes
You can stop classes at any time by telling us before your next monthly payment. Fees already paid are not refunded.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date.
